SESSION 1
1. LEADING STARTS WITH YOU
Great leadership begins with self-awareness. In this session, you’ll complete a leadership self-assessment to uncover your strengths and growth areas, and learn how your leadership style influences employee engagement. Through guided reflection and paired employee self-evaluation, you’ll discover how to build mutual understanding and stronger working relationships.
SESSION 2
2. ONBOARDING FOR SUCCESS
Clear expectations lead to better outcomes. This session focuses on crafting outcome-based job descriptions and setting a foundation for success from day one. You’ll learn how to create alignment between role responsibilities and organizational goals, reducing confusion and increasing accountability from the start.
SESSION 3
3. MANAGING PERFORMANCE WITH PURPOSE
Turn uncertainty into action. In the final session, you’ll learn how to identify the root causes of performance issues using the 7-Question Method—determining whether challenges stem from system, skills or policy gaps or personal motivational barriers. You’ll leave with a practical framework to support employee growth, address issues constructively, and lead with long-term vision.
